Executive Loan and Mortgage Administrator Certification (Ex-LAMA-C)

Prerequisite: Acceptance by recommendation. Must be an exemplary student at the LAMA level or higher; and be recognized by faculty and management as a person with strong leadership potential with a sincere desire to work hard and succeed.

- this is a 1 year co-operative education program

- Level 1 - 8 months

Outcome: A LAMA "learns and earns" whereas an Ex LAMA learns, earns and teaches. An Ex LAMA has the ability to work in the mortgage underwriting process in an independent manner whilst being able to train junior level students.
