Test Name: ACT. Originally, "ACT" stood for "American College Testing." In 1996, however, the official name of the organization was shortened to simply "ACT." 

Test Description: The ACT® college readiness assessment is a curriculum- and standards-based educational and career planning tool that assesses students' academic readiness for college.

The ACT can not only be taken to show college and career readiness but can be taken to satisfy the FSA ELA Graduation Assessment Requirement if a student is not able to pass the test.

   Test Information Release (receive test questions and your answers for a fee) for the 2024-2025
