We are speaking to convince a certain audience to solve our identified problem. Keep in mind structure suggested in class. You need to come to class on Tuesday ready to give your speech. I will collect written speeches at the beginning of class on Tuesday. Have them ready!
Suggested organization:
Intro - Catch
What is the problem?
-Why is it important? Who is affected? Who Cares?
What is your solution?
-Does it solve the problem? What is the cost? Is it reasonable?
Call to action!
