What is a Live Session Plan?
A Live Session Plan is a plan for what should be accomplished before, during, and after a Live Session. A quality set of Live Session plans should map out each Live Session to help reinforce asynchronous learning week by week as effectively as possible.
How does a Live Session Plan work?
While the format is highly variable, a Live Session Plan should outline tasks and communication strategies for Section Instructors to accomplish before a live session, guided activities instructors should facilitate during live sessions, and follow up actions instructors should take after a live session. A Live Session Plan may also contain links to relevant sites, files or images to download, or any other resources that a Course Lead or Designer felt pertinent to include.
