Grades K-2 1/18/2021

Good Afternnoon,

As a reminder to ALL students in Grades K-2; I will be hosting live office hours for any questions/ help you may need to complete any of the physical education activities. Please feel free to stop in Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays from 12:30-1pm on my Teams page during those times.

I have been getting great feedback from students doing the New years challenge. Remember to record the amount of push ups/ squats on a calendar so you can see your progress. (This is optional, but highly recommmended)

This New years challenge is strongly encouraged as it helps build strength and good daily exercise habits.


Todays workout (Below) is about 20 minutes long and is a little harder than what we have been doing. Take breaks when needed and try your best to complete the full video. Have fun with this one!!!
