Good Afternoon,

I hope everyone is doing well with their New Years resolutions. I am pleased to announce a lot of great feedback from students doing a great job with the push ups and squats daily challenge Some students are starting to see how practicing/ exercising everyday makes us stronger. The more consistent you are with exercising the easier it will get. Keep up the great work everybody! One of the students sent me a blank calendar with what exercises were completed on that day. Great Job! You do not need a workout video to exercise you can "just play" running around and having fun with friends/ family members.


Below is a long workout (45 Minutes). Please try your best to complete at least 30 minutes of this workout. If you are able to complete the full video that is great.
