Hello everyone!

Hope you had a good weekend! For this week’s activity, we are going to do a March Madness fitness station rotation in connection to the previous NCAA Basketball Tournament the occurred last month.

Directions for Activity

In the attached document, there are 8 slides. Each slide is one station. Every station is going to last for one minute; 45 seconds of working hard and 15 seconds of rest. Once the minute is over, change slides and advance to the next station. Each slide has 3 exercises to choose from; choose only one and perform it for the full 45 seconds! Make sure you are not rushing and completing the exercises properly! If you have any questions, feel free to ask on Microsoft Teams!

Reminders:

- 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest for every station.

- Choose ONE exercise per station.

- Take your time and have fun!
