Good Afternoon,

Today we have two fitness challenges that are a lot of fun to try. Please complete each of these challenges.

Once both are completed "reply with your best score"

For the first challenge:

You will need 3 pieces of paper and a parent or guardian permission to throw a paper ball at a wall.

Practice as many times as you would like and "reply" with your best score!!!

For the second challenge: You will need one piece of paper and a small piece of tape.

Complete this challenge and reply with your best score! Have fun and try them as many times as you would like.
