Secretaries to the SMOB

Jordan Johnson - Recording Secretary

Jordan is a junior at North Point High school. She is currently serving on the Advisory Council as the Recording Secretary. She is also serving as her school's Student Liaison to the Board of Education. Aside from this, she is a part of the National Technical Honor Society (NTHS) and is enrolled in the graphic communications program.

Jordan is looking forward to making many wonderful bonds with students and staff members. She is working on strengthening the connection between students and teachers. Jordan loves communicating and wants to voice all opinions within the school system. She is excited about the future and wants to make a difference. She has a passion for art and creativity.

Christina Walker - Corresponding Secretary

Christina Walker attends Lackey High School as a junior this year and She’s currently the school’s liaison for the second year. Christina is involved in her high school’s mock trial team, soccer team, and tennis team.

Her goals for this year are to inform her school about what is happening within the whole school system, creating more connections between different organizations and SGA, and advocating to people why CCASC is so important to her county and why more students should get involved in it. Christina is looking forward to more participation in CCASC sponsored events and hopefully hosting new SGA sponsored events at Lackey High school.

Chelsea Perez - Treasury Secretary

Chelsea is a senior at Thomas Stone High School. She currently serves as Thomas Stone’s Liasion to the Board of Education, Stone’s Student Government Association (SGA) Treasurer and a Certified Workshop Presenter for the Maryland Association of Student Councils (MASC). She was previously Class of 2020 Treasurer. Outside of the advisory council she plays tennis, is a Student in the Biomedical Science program at Stone, and plays the saxophone in symphonic band.

Chelsea is looking forward to working with the team and collaborating on new ideas and projects. One of her goals is to increase the involvement of students in their community or school. She believes students should be more aware of their school and community life and culture. After high school, she plans to attend a 4-year University to major in Biology and attend a pre-medical program.
