Leadership Committee Meeting Information

Our Leadership Committee meetings are typically held on the third Thursday of each month during the school year at 7:00 pm at Parkway United Methodist in the Worship Chapel located downstairs, just off the lobby. Should this fall on a holiday, we may reschedule the meeting or choose to skip that month, if nothing needs to be addressed.

Anyone who wishes to attend is welcome!

If you have an issue or concern about an item the Committee is or has considered, you are welcome to email your leadership and express your opinion or ideas; t38scoutmaster@gmail.com or t38chair@gmail.com.

When in an active meeting, only Committee Members may vote on items, however, any attendee may raise their hand for the Committee to recognize them, if time allows.

It is recommended that if you have a topic you would like to raise for discussion during the meeting, that you contact the Committee Chair prior to the meeting so time will be allotted for the topic.

Please note that these meetings are meant to discuss troop related business that has an impact on the troop, should you need time to discuss a personal concern or question, you may request a meeting with the Committee Chair and/or the Scoutmaster outside of our normal Leadership Committee meeting.
