Propery Deeds
Property deeds originating from the beginning of Lackawanna County (1878) until present are available online. However, they are only searchable by name for the last 40 years or so. That means for any records before then you need to search by book and page number.

Hopefully in the future, all records will be searchable by name.
At this time records for Newton and Ransom Townships before 1878 are not available online. They are located at the Luzerne County Courthouse.
