June 12, 2007: My complete dissertation is available now also in one single big webpage/html (3.2 megabytes) to view directly on the internet (The links to a few illustrations do not work yet, mainly in chapter 9. Will be worked on hopefully soon).

May 17, 2007: Chapter 9 of my PhD-dissertation is now available for free download. The dissertation is now completely online in single chapters.
