UW-Stout E-Learning and Online Teaching Program

Through two and a half years in the UW Stout E-Learning and Online Teaching Graduate Certificate Program I have learned a great deal about the power of e-learning. I especially appreciated how the program practices the constructivism that it preaches. The program also encourages reflection which deepens learning.
