Spicy, Cheesy Ricotta Spread

Circle B Kitchen

Use this ricotta cheese mixture as a topping for pizza, flatbread or crostini or a dip for crackers or veggies. Or use it to make our outrageously good Pasta with Italian Sausage, Kale and Spicy Ricotta Cheese or Grilled Pizza. Add as much of the garlic oil as you would like to make it more or less spicy. This is also great made with our Spicy Herb Oil, which is a little less spicy and more herb-y.

2 cups (or a 15 or 16-oz. container) of good quality ricotta cheese

1 cup freshly grated (not shredded) parmesan cheese

1/4 cup of spicy garlic oil (more, if you want it spicier)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper

Stir all of the ingredients together until well combined and store in a tightly covered container in the fridge.
