Circle B Kitchen Meatballs for Spaghetti

Circle B Kitchen

1 lb ground turkey

1 egg

1 1/2 teaspoons Kitchen Bouquet

1/3 cup breadcrumbs

1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 1/2 teaspoons Circle B Kitchen seasoning salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 onion, minced

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Homemade Marinara Sauce, simmering on the stove

Preheat oven to 425 degrees, or 400 degrees for convection. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, whisk together the egg and Kitchen Bouquet. Stir in the remaining ingredients, except for the ground turkey. Mix really well with a fork and then use your hands to mix in the ground turkey.

Form into meatballs about the size of a golf ball and place them on the parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes and then remove from the oven.

Add the meatballs to the simmering marinara sauce to finish cooking, for another 10-15 minutes.

Before serving, remove the meatballs from the sauce and keep them warm. Add just enough sauce to your pasta to coat it without overwhelming it. Serve the meatballs alongside the pasta with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
