Circle B Meatballs

Circle B Kitchen

1 1/4 lbs of ground turkey

2 eggs

1/3 cup chopped parsley

1/2 an onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

A large hunk of rustic bread, soaked in milk and squeezed dry

3/4 cup Parmesan

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Sauté the onions and the garlic in a little olive oil until soft and set aside to cool. Mix the ingredients in a bowl and form into meatballs.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes and then add to the sauce to finish cooking.
