Black Bison.

Created by Danny Smith.

2 shots Zubrowka Bisongrass Vodka,

2 shots Fresh Apple Juice,

1/4 shot Fresh Lime Juice,

1/4 shot Gomme Syrup,

2/3 shot Blackberry Puree,

1/2 shot Chambord Raspberry Liqueur.

Shake with ice, and then strain over ice in a tall glass; Garnish with a couple of blackberries.

My Bloody Mary (Subject to Change).

Into an empty rocks glass: Finely dice two slices of cucumber and a cocktail gherkin, plus a thumb-sized piece of celery, then pile it into a rocks glass. Add a heaped tablespoon of Nando's Peri-peri sauce, and 6 dashes of Worchestershire Sauce; And then squeeze the juice of half a fresh lime and half a lemon into the glass, Add salt and pepper to taste; Celery Salt as well; 35ml of chilled/ frozen vodka; Top with chilled Tomato juice, Stir thoroughly with a teaspoon; Serve.

Note: There must be no ice, and no straws for this drink; A teaspoon is allowed.

Bluegrass Sour.

35ml Woodford Reserve Bourbon Whiskey,

15ml Apricot Brandy,

20ml Fresh Lemon Juice,

Quarter of an Orange,

Eggwhite.

Muddle the orange with the apricot brandy, and then add other ingredients and shake with ice; Strain into a chilled cocktail glass; Garnish with a Lemon Twist.

Boulevardier

1 ounce rye whiskey (Old Overholt)

1 ounce Campari

1 ounce sweet vermouth

Stir with ice, and then strain into an ice-filled rocks glass; Garnish with a twist of orange peel.

Bourbon Milk Punch ("Yankee White").

Brandy Alexander.

35ml Brandy,

25ml Creme de Cacao,

25ml Milk/ Cream.

Shake with ice, and then strain into a chilled cocktail glass; Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.

Bumblebee.

50ml dark rum,

20ml Blossom Honey,

15ml lime Juice,

eggwhite.

Shake hard without ice, and then add ice and shake hard again; Strain into a chilled cocktail glass; Garnish with a few drops of angostura Bitters, and a twist of orange peel.

Canchánchara.

50ml Rhum Agricole,

20ml Honey,

25ml Fresh Lemon Juice.

Shake hard with ice, and then strain into an ice-filled whisky glass; Garnish with a lemon twist.

Cavendish Sour.

12.5ml Creme de banane,

10ml Elderflower Cordial,

Whole egg white.

Shake with ice, and then dry shake.

Strain into a chilled coupette glass.

50ml Havana Club 3yo,

25ml Fresh Lime juice,

15ml Gomme Syrup.

Shake thoroughly with ice, and then strain into a chilled cocktail glass; Garnish with a lime wedge.

Druthers Cocktail.

Hemingway Daiquiri.

60ml white rum,

20ml grapefruit juice,

10ml Fresh Lime Juice,

2.5ml maraschino.

Shake thoroughly with ice, and then fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass; No garnish.

Horse-shit Martini.

From the freezer retrieve: One frozen cocktail glass, and one frozen bottle of Plymouth gin; Splash the insides of the frozen cocktail glass with dry vermouth, and then flick out any excess liquid; Almost to the lip, fill the cocktai glass with the frozen gin; Squeeze a lemon twist onto the surface of the frozen gin; Serve.

Anyone who thinks that this drink is a Martini merely appreciates style over substance; And in my vocabulary that equals "Horse-shit".

Hurricane.

Old Fashioned Whiskey Cocktail #2.

Paloma.

My Version

2 shots silver tequila,

juice from a whole lime,

top up with fresh pink grapefruit.

Build in a chilled tall glass filled with ice cubes, which has had the lip of the glass

wiped with a moist lime wedge and then been dipped in coarse salt.

Pisco Punch

My Version.

50ml Pisco Brandy,

25ml Fresh Lime Juice,

25ml Blossom Honey,

50ml Pineapple Juice.

2 dashes of orange bitters.

Shake with ice, and then strain over ice in a tall glass; Garnish with a lime wedge.

Pisco Sour.

60ml Pisco Brandy,

15ml Fresh Lime Juice,

15ml Gomme Syrup,

Eggwhite.

Shake without ice, and then shake again with ice; Garnish a couple of dashes of Angostura Bitters.

Pornstar Martini.

aka. Maverick Martini.

My version.

50ml Vanilla Vodka,

20ml Passionfruit Puree,

15ml Vanilla Syrup (Giffard or Monin),

Shake with ice, and then strain into a chilled cocktail glass;

Garnish with a halved passionfruit, left floating in the drink itself;

Add a teaspoon into the glass, to be used by the guest to consume the passionfruit;

Last but not least, serve 50ml of chilled champagne in a shot glass on the side.

The Pornstar Martini can quite easily be altered to be served over ice in a tall glass, with the champagne served inside also, making for a pleasing punch.

Raspberry Collins.

My Version.

50ml Appleton VX Rum,

20ml Fresh Lime Juice,

10ml Passionfruit Syrup,

15ml Raspberry Puree.

Shake with ice, and then strain into an ice-filled tall glass; Garnish with a Lime wedge and two raspberries.

Rye Cobbler.

50ml Jamesons Irish Whiskey,

20ml pineapple syrup,

lemon peel.

Muddle the lemon peel with the Pineapple Syrup, and then top with crushed ice; Pour in the Whiskey; Churn the drink thoroughly; Garnish with a chunk of pineapple.

Rye Daisey/ Wildflower.

35ml Sazerac Rye Whiskey,

15ml Creme de Abricot,

10ml Fresh Lemon Juice,

5ml Demerara Sugar Syrup,

6 Fresh Raspberries.

Muddle the Raspberries and Syrup in one half of a cocktail shaker, though not

too hard as you do not want to burst the seeds of the berries (this adds a

bitterness to the drink); Add the remaining ingredients along with plenty of

ice cubes; Shake and then fine-strain, through a tea-strainer, into a chilled

cocktail glass; Garnish with a lemon twist.

Sazerac.

50ml Sazerac Rye Whiskey,

10ml Gomme Syrup,

2 dashes of Peychauds Bitters.

Stir thoroughly with ice, and then strained into a chilled rocks glass, which has been rinsed out with a splash of absinthe;

Garnish with a twist of lemon.

Scorpion

50ml White Rum,

25ml Cognac,

12.5ml Orgeat Syrup,

35ml Fresh Lemon Juice,

50ml Fresh Orange Juice.

Shake with Ice, then Strain into a Tall Glass, which is filled with Crushed Ice; garnish with a Mint Sprig.

Seabreeze.

50ml Vodka,

50ml Cranberry Juice,

25ml Grapefruit Juice.

Shake with ice, and then strain over ice in a tall glass; Garnish with a lime wedge.

Sex on the Beach.

My Variation.

35ml Vodka,

15ml Creme de Peche (Peach Liqueur),

15ml Chambord (French Wild Raspberry Liqueur),

35ml Cranberry Juice,

35ml Pineapple Juice.

Shake hard with ice, and then strain into an ice-filled tall glass; Garnish with a wedge of lime, and two raspberries.

Silver King.

50ml Gin,

25ml Fresh Lemon Juice,

15ml Gomme Syrup,

2 dashes of Orange Bitters,

Eggwhite.

Shake thoroughly without ice, and then shake thoroughly with ice;

Strain into an ice-filled whisky glass; Garnish with a lemon twist.

Smokey Martini.

65ml Tanqueray Gin,

10ml Laphroaig Scotch Whisky,

Stir thoroughly with ice, and then strain into a chilled cocktail glass; Garnish with a lemon twist.

South Side Special.

My Version.

50ml Gin,

25ml Fresh Lemon Juice,

12.5ml Gomme Syrup,

8 mint leaves.

Churn thoroughly over crushed ice, and then strain into chilled cocktail glass; Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Taryntini.

Verdita.

Will Foster's Recipe.

Recipe: 1 bunch coriander, 1/2 bunch mint, 3 jalapenos and a carton of pineapple juice - blend twice then strain and chill.

Drinking Instructions: Two shot glasses, one filled with tequila, the other with verdita; Alternate sipping between the glasses; Or down each in one gulp.

White Lady

35ml Plymouth Gin,

Whiskey Sour
