If, perchance, your computer for some reason does not have Real Player or whatever, a message will pop up and tell you that you don't have it or that you need it. Should that happen, there will probably also be a message that says you can download the program by going to the Real Player website and there will be a link to that website. Do it! Go to the website and download it. It is free! They also have a version that is not free... but the FREE one will do all that you need, so get the free one. Get whatever is the latest FREE version for your computer. The download is not difficult and it will walk you through the steps. Or you can find a "8 or 10 year old kid" and let him or her do the downloading and installing for you. : )
One word of advice: if you are listening during a busy time of the day, you may get a "stoppage" in the program and you will notice that a message comes up that there is "net congestion" (because there are sooooo many people out there in cyberspace also listening to various programs, tapes, music, messages, etc). Then it will tell you that it is buffering (which means it is brining in the next portion of the message). Should those things happen, be patient, it usually clears up and you can continue listening. If it doesn't clear up and resume after a minute or two, (because there are too many people competing for the same bandwidth), ... then just close the Real Player Program and come back some other time when fewer people are jamming cyberspace ... and try again. This message is really one you MUST hear. So, "if you don't at first succeed, try try again..."
