Click Customer List in the left hand side navigation menu

Locate customer

Click ... in the More Actions column

Click View Plan

Click Upgrade

Select New/Upgraded Plan from the drop down menu

You cannot switch from monthly to annual or vice versa.  the upgraded plan must be the same term (will be co-terminus).

Use the up/down arrows to select quantities

Click Continue

Click Terms & Conditions

Click Submit

Click OK
