Managed Introduction
Cancellations MUST be submitted 30 DAYS or more, prior to the renewal date online.
Canceled plans remain active and billing until subscription end date and they will NOT renew. Each plan must be canceled as an individual order.

Click Customer List in the left hand side navigation menu
Locate customer
Click ... in the More Actions column
Click View Plan

Click Cancel

Click Cancel Subscription
Select Cancellation Reason
Click Continue
Click Submit
Click OK

You will be automatically directed to the Plans page where the cancellation details are displayed
