Click Customer List
Click + Add Customer

Fill in ALL the fields in the Customer Information section
Fill in ALL the fields in the Contact Information section
Click Save
Click OK

You are now automatically directed to create an order
If you would like a Free account, scroll down to the Order Details section and click Cancel order
Click Yes
You are now automatically direct to the Customer List where you can see the Free account
You can come back anytime to convert the Free account to a paid account
Click Add Order.
