Managed Introduction
The Partner Dashboard will be enhanced August 2023 to give you complete and more user friendly customer management dashboard including extensive Renewal data.
Disable Auto Renewal
Disable Auto Renewal
Click Customer List in the left hand side navigation menu
Locate customer
Click ... in the More Actions column
Click View Plan
Click Turn Off Auto-Renewal
Click Confirm
NOTE: You cannot disable Auto-Renewal in the last 30 days of a subscription.

Click Report (nested under Customer Management)
Input Account Numbers by clicking +
If you know the ZANs, you may enter them manually, separating accounts with a comma.
You can also select ZANs individually from the list.
To include all accounts, Click Account Name
Enter Account Numbers, separating accounts with a comma or select all.
Click Confirm
Select Auto Renewal from the Report Type drop down menu.
Select appropriate Date Range.
Select Generate.
The report may take up to 5 minutes to display. Please refresh accordingly.
