• Scroll down the Create Order page to the Order Details section

• Click Initial Term

• Select Free Trial

• Select Free Trial

• Select how many licenses are needed (up to 30 allowed) 

• Currently, Free Trials begin the date the order is placed.  The dates cannot be modified at this time.  (We are working on an enhancement to allow you to select the dates that work best for your customer).

• Free Trials are allotted in 30 day increments.  You will have to come back later to extend it for up to a total of 90 days.

• Click Continue

• Click Terms & Conditions 

• Click Submit

• Click OK

• You will now be automatically directed to the Order History page where you can see the status of the Free Trial = COMPLETED

EXTENDING Free Trials

• Click Customer List in the left hand side navigation menu

• Locate customer

• Click ... in the More Actions column

• Click View Plan

• Click Extend Free Trial

• Click Yes to confirm the 30 day extension.  (You can do this the same day you initially requested the Free Trial AND you may repeat these steps one more time to extend it to a maximum of 90 days.

Converting a Free Trial to a paid plan

• Click Customer List in the left hand side navigation menu

• Locate customer

• Click ... in the More Actions column

• Click View Plan

• Click Convert to Paid Plan

• Click Confirm and upgrade

• You will be automatically directed to the Create Order page

• Please refer to the New Orders instructions

Terminating a Free Trial

• Click Customer List in the left hand side navigation menu

• Locate customer

• Click ... in the More Actions column

• Click View Plan

• Click Terminate

• Click Yes
