Basic Leadership Training (BLT)

BLT is a camp, located in Marseilles, IL, where cadets can learn leadership and skills such as marching, basic drill, first aid, orienteering, and leadership. The program instills in cadets the core ideas of the program: honor, courage, and commitment.

Attending is highly recommended and a good way to meet other cadets from different units!

Leadership Academy (LA)

Leadership Academy is a camp where cadets further their leadership skills. Cadets will enhance their skills in teamwork and technical knowledge of leadership. Cadets, once graduated, will earn a silver cord to wear on their uniform.Â
