Giving

All increased giving, or extra giving, should be acknowledged in writing with an email, a postcard, text, or phone call

Achievement

What their partnership accomplishes
Share fruit
Testimonies, stories, videos, letters, phone calls
Achievement letter once or twice a year... that honors them

Future Plans

Upcoming events
A few times a year: where are you going, what’s next, what’s on the horizon
Ministry trips, dates, deadlines, outreach events

Appreciation

Know that I care and love them and it’s not just about the financial partnership.
Speak encouragement, blessing, mention the gifts you see in them.
Birthdays, weddings, & anniversaries

Vision

God designed the human heart to partner with vision.
Clear, honest, accurate
Connect it to God’s global plan
All ministry leads to the restoring of all things
Vision-driven not needs-driven

It's about relationship.
