Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) 

 Mission Statement 

To oversee and guide the integration of a multi-tiered system of academic and behavioral supports that relies on problem-solving and data-based decision-making to promote success for all Charlotte County Public School students. 

Action Plans

Action plans serve as a tool in helping teams identify objectives and goals for the upcoming school year.  These documents are critical to effectively and efficiently accomplish goals.  Action planning is a collaborative effort between all members of the team.  

Below you will find links to the district and individual school action plans.  

School MTSS Coordinators: Every school has a designated School-based MTSS Coordinator.  This is often the school counselor, but not always.  Check with the school principal to see who is assigned that role in your building or check the action plan above for more information.
