High School planning
Any changes to your schedule need to be completed BEFORE you submit your transcript release form to the Guidance Department. Once colleges receive a copy of your transcript, any changes made to your program will need to be discussed with your colleges.

Online course directory for grades 10-12: See link on our home page. Year courses may be added within the first 2 weeks of school and dropped before the end of the 1st quarter, without notation on a student's transcript.
OC21 online course offerings: online elective course offerings. See your counselor for enrollment deadlines.
Use Classlink to access your student portal which includes your schedule, report card, teacher gradebook, google classroom, google drive, school email account, naviance, and other school links. Parents must sign the Responsible Use for technology Policy (RUP) agreement each year in order for students to access their student portal.
Set up to receive Text Reminds from YHS guidance. Follow these steps: 1. Login to Remind through ClassLink on your Chromebooks first. 2. If it is the first time you login, you will receive a prompt to add your cell phone number. 3. You will receive a confirmation code to your phone. 4. Download the remind app and login.
Community service credit
Community Service Office - The community service advisor will post your total hours on your transcript in the fall of your senior year. Confirm hours directly through their office only. SAT/ACT: In January 2023, NCAA Divisions I and II adopted legislation to remove standardized test scores from initial-eligibility requirements for all student-athletes who initially enroll full time on or after August 1, 2023. Check with the NCAA school you plan to attend regarding whether standardized test scores are necessary for admission or scholarship requirements. For more information, click here
