餐前五分鐘 每月測試←←鼓勵學生參加測驗，留下完整聯絡訊息(含校名、班級、姓名)可以參加抽獎。
6月餐前5分鐘【蔬菜類】已上架【6月份測驗已上架】 113.6.25✨📌
依據&說明：
一、依據臺南市各級學校健康體適能與飲食教育行動計畫辦理。
二、每月餐前5分鐘指定影片內容為主設計測驗題目，分為「低中年級測驗」、「高年級與國中測驗」2個版本，提供導師於課堂活動運用，藉以了解學生對於餐前5分鐘知識層面成效。
三、每月測驗將公布於臺南市學校午餐資訊網/營養教育/餐前5分鐘(新)/每月測驗(https://lunch.tn.edu.tw/custom_issue/topic/%E6%AF%8F%E6%9C%88%E6%B8%AC%E9%A9%97)。
四、每月完成餐前5分鐘主題測驗者，且留下完整聯絡訊息(含校名、班級、姓名)，即符合抽獎資格；本局每月以電腦隨機抽樣完成測驗者送出小禮品。
五、小測驗若達500人次需更新測驗網址，方可施測；倘測驗過程遇無法順利點閱者，請來電告知，本局將立即更新小測驗網址，以利教師課程順利進行。
