CYFLWYNIAD 

Mae sylfaen Bagloriaeth Sgiliau Cymru Uwch yn seiliedig ar hanfodion datblygu sgiliau dysgwyr ôl-16 yng Nghymru ac yn cefnogi'u datblygiad i gystadlu mewn marchnad gyflogaeth ryngwladol. Mae Bagloriaeth Sgiliau Cymru Uwch yn ceisio rhoi gwybodaeth gyfoes berthnasol i ddysgwyr ar y cyd â chyfleoedd i ddysgu drwy brofiad mewn amrywiol gyd-destunau. Dim ond wrth ddysgu trwy brofiad y bydd pobl ifanc yn gallu datblygu eu sgiliau trwy broses o gynllunio, gwneud, a myfyrio. 

INTRODUCTION

The foundation of the Advanced Skills Baccalaureate Wales is based on the essentialness of developing the skills of post-16 learners in Wales and support their progress to compete in an international employment market. The Advanced Skills Baccalaureate Wales attempts to equip learners with relevant contemporary knowledge in conjunction with opportunities for experiential learning in a variety of context. It is only with experiential learning that young people will be able to develop their skills through a process of planning, doing, and reflecting.
