Final Reflection:
I am most proud of my Still Life Drawing. I am proud because it was an assignment that had a lot of 3D needed. And this was particularly challenging for me because I have never really tried to draw 3D before and I was learning a lot in every single about drawing different shapes from different perspectives. The still life had a lot of elements that you had to put into it and take your time to make sure everything was right. After I completed the hard part of drawing in 3D I had to make my shapes even more realistic and bring them to life. We had to complete this with shading. I chose cross hatching for my style it took me a while to grasp the concept of how to make things lighter or darker. So that is why I am most proud in my Still Life Drawing.
I think that the two most informative project that made we learn the most about art were the reed sculptures and the Endangered Animal Tile. The Reed sculpture because it focused so much on reaching into space. And you had to make sure that there was something to look at from every angle. On top of this three had to be a point of interest and emphasis. The second project was the Endangered Species Tile and in this we not only learned about the animal we learned about symbolism and we had to display the things that we learned about the animal and turn them into patterns.
Most Fun: Endangered Species Tile
