Purpose:

• To engage in the power of doodling 

• To explore the qualities of line, pattern, shape, rhythm, and color

• To practice mindfulness 

My Experience:

While creating my piece i felt very relaxed and was only focusing on what designs/colors to add next. I really enjoyed the simplicity and artistic freedom of the assignment.
