On February 25, 2026, the 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 conducted a meaningful book donation activity and storytelling session by 𝐌𝐬. 𝐋𝐮𝐳𝐯𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚 𝐂𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧, 𝐆𝐒 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧, for 𝐏𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥, in collaboration with the 𝐗𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, and the 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬 – 𝐗𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 (𝐉𝐏𝐈𝐂𝐡𝐄-𝐗𝐔). The initiative aimed to support students’ learning needs by providing educational resources that promote literacy, academic growth, and a deeper appreciation for knowledge.

Pagalungan National High School is a partner school of Xavier University Senior High School through the SHS Community Club, strengthening continued collaboration and outreach efforts in support of learners and educators in the community.

𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 | On February 6, 2026, a Brown Bag Session was formally conducted, focusing on the 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐚 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐮𝐬 𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐜 𝐨𝐟 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧. The session aimed to introduce participants to curated academic resources and to demonstrate how the guide facilitates efficient, organized, and credible research.

During the session, attendees were provided with a comprehensive overview of the platform, including guidance on navigation, and the effective utilization of available library resources. The activity offered a meaningful opportunity for academic enrichment and reinforced the importance of reliable research tools in supporting student learning and scholarly development.
