In-Service Training 2024
On July 16, 2024, the senior high school library successfully conducted its annual in-service training. This year, we extended an invitation to the non-teaching staff of SHS who joined us in the morning session. One of the key topics relevant to them focused on best practices for maintaining and managing office resources effectively, a culture of responsibility, and enhancing an organized work environment. This session was presented by Ms. MaryCris Go, PTASO Head. We were also honored to welcome a special guest, Ms. December J. Abao, RL, Section Head Librarian from Xavier University Libraries. Ms. Abao shared insights on organizing book club programs, which greatly benefit our future plans to establish a book club within our library community. The training featured various informative sessions presented by SHS library personnel. It was indeed an enriching and productive in-service training that helped us enhance our skills and contribute to the continued success of our library's mission.
