AVR XUGS Reservation

The AVR at Xavier University Grade School (XUGS) is used for various activities for teachers, administrators, faculty, and staff. It is also a facility used for meetings, lectures/talks, workshops, seminars, and trainings.

Guidelines:

1. Please check the online calendar for availability before making an AVR reservation.

2. Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance of the scheduled activity.

3. If the activity is postponed or canceled, kindly notify us ahead of time. This helps conserve electricity and extends the lifespan of the DLP bulb, which will already be prepared for viewing.
