Abstract

Resum

Heart transplantation, defined as "the replacement of a diseased heart with a healthy one from a deceased donor."

This study has been developed with the aim of exploring the different personality changes in heart transplant patients, built on a hypothesis based on multiple theories that have served as the foundation for creating an original proposal.

To achieve this, an analysis of ten clinical cases has been conducted with the purpose of validating the hypothesis and helping the transplant patient community understand the possible reasons behind the personality changes, which remain unexplained from the perspective of current medical knowledge.

El trasplantament de cor, és definit com “la substitució d’un cor malalt per un sa provinent d’un donant cadàver”.

Aquest treball ha estat creat amb l’objectiu d’explorar els diferents canvis en la personalitat de pacients trasplantats de cor, partint d'una hipòtesi fonamentada en diverses teories que han servit com a base per crear una proposta pròpia.

Per fer-ho, s'ha dut a terme una anàlisi de deu casos clínics, amb el propòsit de validar les hipòtesis i contribuir a fer que la comunitat de pacients trasplantats entengui les possibles raons dels canvis en la seva personalitat, els quals encara resulten inexplicables des del punt de vista de la medicina actual.
