Even though the lasting severe drought in the eastern area of Spain, in the Mediterranean area of Spain, we are happy to share with you the state of our vegetable garden. Most of them are eadible plants normally used for cooking, as you can see in the pictures: fennell, lavender, parsley, rosemary, mint, etc. The decision to choose these type of plants was taken bearing in mind the climate change as they are plants which can survive with little water, under severe conditios. Therefore, students are able to learn their growth and the respect the plants deserve. We are making students be conscient about avoiding the waste of water.
