The project aims to raise awareness about different and healthy European lifestyles for students from 3 schools in a period of 24 months. The following objectives have been set in order to reach the main aim of the project:
to develop the participants’ skills and knowledge so as to have a balanced and healthy diet
to determine participants to lead a healthier lifestyle
to provide participants chances to learn in a multicultural background
to exchange good practices at international level.
The objectives are derived from the selected priorities, reflecting each topic of the meetings: Happier Lifestyles and the return to nature, Healthy eating, Healthy mind and body.
We would like to make students turn to the rural landscape within our project. Therefore, the students will have the opportunity to understand the connection between keeping in touch with nature and a healthy lifestyle.
The nature around us will be explored as well as the impact of people’s effects of the environment and also the way nature affects health. Sport will represent a way of communicating health related information to the students, and at the same time of building human relationships and create teambuilding spirit.
