THIRD MOBILITY: POLAND

Kraków, January, 7th - 13th, 2023


DAY 1

On Monday morning the official welcoming ceremony took place, students had the opportunity to get to know eachother with non formal activities. After the break, presentations about Healthy Habits were given by each country. After lunch, the teams went on a guided tour of Krakow city centre.

DAY 2

In the morning, on Tuesday, the guest students attended lessons. Very interesting to participate on the lessons, and also learn new words in Polish. After the break, the Erasmus+ teams enjoye a cultural activity which was the visit to the Wawel Royal Castle. It gave us the opportunity to learn the city and country historical events.

Lunch was in the Music Academy of the city, and later on, in the afternoon the students enjoyed team sports, and some fiendly and funny competitions at the school, which made them get to know eachother even more.

After the sport activities, students gathered materials and prepare the format of the Eco-sports brochure. It was the first part of the activity.

DAY 3

After the guests attended class and had a break,  The dietetic workshop took place. Students and teachers participated in cooking healthy food, after the specialists explained why it is important to have a healthy diet. 

Later on, we enjoyed the EU Food Fair. the participants brought some healthy food which is popular in their homecountries to taste. In the afternoon, the participants from Türkyie, Spain and Poland presented one dance, regional or pop, and taught eachother how to dance them.

After the dance activity, the teams finished preparing the Eco-Sports brochure (2nd part)

DAY 4

Guests attended lessons, later, the practical activity was doing Karate. The champion of the world in her category and her teacher taught Erasmus students the basis of karate and and respect for the sport and the oponents.

After lunch, the Erasmus+ teams headed to tht Sports Centre/climbing wall to do bouldering. They enjoyed the sports activities

DAY 5

During the last day, all the participants of the mobility received the certificates and some presents by the Polish team. Soon after, we left for Energilandia, where the Erasmus+ teams could enjoy the snow activities that are organised there, such as ice skating among others. These physical activities were the fantastic closure of a wonderful week where students learned and practised healthy habits. Healthy food, healthy sports which later on, they shared with their classmates in their schools.
