SUMMARY OF THE KA121 PROJECT (2024)
In this third application, the consortium continues to include Escola Jacint Verdaguer de Canovelles and has been expanded with the incorporation of five new public primary schools from the area. The schools joining the programme are Escola Granullarius, Escola Salvador Espriu and Escola Turó de Can Gili, all located in Granollers, as well as Escola Pilar Mestres and Escola Santa Agnès de Malanyanes, both in La Roca del Vallès.
The selection of the participating schools was carried out through an open and transparent process addressed to all public primary schools in the area that did not yet have an Erasmus+ project. Among the applicant schools, priority was given to those with a higher level of educational complexity and a greater risk of social and educational exclusion, in line with the consortium’s commitment to equity and inclusion.
In the third year of the program, we have focused our mobility efforts on working on the following aspects of the Erasmus Plan:
1. Mobility activities aimed to implement sustainable educational practices inspired by the training received in previous courses, ensuring their effective transfer to participating schools and with the experience observed above all at Escola Básica Integrada Francisco Ferreira Drummond (Terceira, Açores, Portugal)
2. Teachers visited European schools where the development of digital competence among both staff and students is well established, allowing them to observe successful practices in real educational contexts.
3. Professional development in innovative teaching methodologies, particularly project-based learning and STEAM approaches.
4. Special attention was given to observing inclusive strategies applied in European schools, with the aim of adopting methodologies that support personalised learning for all students, including those with special educational needs
To this end, we had a budget of € 32.430.
The following mobility activities have been carried out:
