WHO IS CRP VOI? INTRODUCING OURSELVES
The Centre de Recursos Pedagògics del Vallès Oriental I (CRP VOI) is a public educational support service of the Catalan Department of Education. It is part of the Servei Educatiu Vallès Oriental I (SE VOI), together with the Psychopedagogical Advisory Team (EAP) and the Language and Social Cohesion Team (ELIC).
CRP VOI provides support to non-university educational institutions in the municipalities of Granollers, Canovelles, Les Franqueses del Vallès and La Roca del Vallès. Its area of action includes 20 nursery schools, 29 primary schools (23 public primary schools) and 16 secondary schools (10 publi secondary schools).
The centre offers continuous teacher training, organisational guidance, methodological advice and pedagogical resources to schools. It also promotes collaboration and networking among educational institutions through the coordination of seminars and professional learning communities.
CRP VOI focuses on key educational programmes and priorities such as school internationalisation (Erasmus+, eTwinning, CLIL), digital transformation, methodological innovation (Project-Based Learning and STEAM), and diversity and educational inclusion, including co-education. Through these actions, CRP VOI supports schools in improving educational quality and strengthening their European dimension.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN INTERNATIONALIZATION AND ERASMUS PROJECT
Before obtaining the Erasmus+ KA120 accreditation in 2022, the Centre de Recursos Pedagògics Vallès Oriental I (CRP VOI) had developed extensive experience in the field of internationalisation and European cooperation.
Since the 2013–2014 school year, CRP VOI has actively promoted the European dimension of education among the schools in its area through continuous teacher training, networking activities and the coordination of programmes related to plurilingualism, CLIL methodology and international collaboration. One of the most consolidated initiatives has been the annual English Day, involving a large number of primary and secondary schools and focused on improving oral communication in English, cultural awareness and shared teaching practices.
CRP VOI has also encouraged participation in European programmes such as eTwinning by providing specific training, supporting schools in the design of projects and facilitating the exchange of good practices. Over the years, several schools in the area have developed successful eTwinning projects and CLIL classroom initiatives as a result of this support.
A key milestone in CRP VOI’s internationalisation trajectory was the coordination of the Erasmus+ KA101 consortium project “Active Leaders for Active Students in the 21st Century (ALAS)”. In this project, CRP VOI acted as the coordinating organisation, working together with four primary schools. The centre created and led a joint management team, organised regular coordination meetings, supported the schools in the preparation and implementation of mobilities, and ensured the dissemination and impact of the training activities.
Within the KA101 project, teaching staff from the consortium schools participated in international mobilities in Finland, Greece, Estonia and other European countries. In addition, CRP VOI facilitated cooperation with European partner schools through virtual meetings and collaborative projects, such as cultural exchanges and joint educational initiatives. The knowledge and competences acquired through these mobilities were later transferred to the schools through training sessions, seminars and new pedagogical projects.
This long-term experience in promoting internationalisation, coordinating European projects and supporting schools in their European engagement laid solid foundations for CRP VOI’s Erasmus+ KA120 accreditation and reflects its strong organisational capacity, commitment to quality and strategic vision for European cooperation in education.

SUMMARY OF OUR ERASMUS+ PROJECT ACCREDITATION
As part of its Erasmus+ accreditation, CRP VOI plans to include public primary schools as consortium partners. The goal is to generate an active dynamic among and for these schools that promotes internationalization and multilingualism, digitalization, and improvements in sustainability and inclusion strategies.
Enhance the organization, management, and leadership of both CRP VOI and the primary schools to meet the set objectives, cultivating a culture of coordinated networked collaboration.
At the didactic and methodological level:
Update and improve classroom activities with a fresh perspective grounded in a green Europe, integrating sustainability topics.
Diversify and upgrade active methodological strategies in classrooms to support foreign language and content learning, systematically introducing active methods.
Improve English communicative competence among teachers to serve as models, developing a multilingual language plan that includes more and higher-quality CLIL subjects and increases international projects (eTwinning, Erasmus+, exchanges).
Enhance inclusion and diversity strategies in primary schools via an inclusive school plan that involves the entire community, allows curricular, evaluative, and organizational flexibility, and responds to diverse interests, abilities, learning paces, and needs of students.
Boost technological skills and competencies in schools by fostering a digital culture and developing a digital plan in primary schools, increasing the use of digital tools in classrooms.
A nivell didàctic i metodològic:
