Setting intentions are not the same as setting goals. When you set a goal, you would like to reach a tangible accomplishment, such as, getting a higher math grade or reading a more challenging book. Setting an intention is deciding how you want to live or bringing out the qualities and values that are most important to you, such as, kindness, peace, or opening your heart.
