Mental Health Wellness

A student's mental health is as important as their physical health and academic progress. When a student has good mental health they are able to attend to learning, develop positive social connections, and better cope with challenges. Berkeley School strives to create a safe and nurturing learning environment where children can develop good mental health habits through the friendships they foster, the self confidence they build, and the caring support of teachers and staff. Below are some additional resources about developing good mental health habits in our children as they learn the life skills to be successful.
