Women's History Month is a time to reflect on the courage of women in past generations and to celebrate how their efforts and bravery afforded women the opportunities and freedoms they have today.

We hung posters of influential women & books in the showcase. In addition to famous and past influential women, we will be posting teacher photos to highlight all Influential women at Ross Street School in our entryway! Students can complete “stamp on history”, brochures and post & read influential quotes on the loudspeaker. We will promote Women’s Authors during Read Across America Week and students will be encourages to write about influential women in their life (Mom, Grandma, Aunt).
