Hispanic Heritage Month:

• Morning announcements will showcase Hispanic Heritage

• A slideshow of famous Hispanic figures will be playing in the main entrance for the students to read

• Dual language cards and labels will be hung in the halls for reading

• Diversity posters will be displayed throughout the school

• Teachers will incorporate Latin music, books and lessons all month

• Various Latin lessons throughout K-5 displayed

• Showcase Hispanic Students by hanging their pictures and writing assignments based on Hispanic “artifacts”, clothes, describe food
