National Hispanic Heritage Month is annually celebrated from September 15 to October 15 in the United States for recognizing the contributions and influence of Hispanic Americans to the history, culture, and achievements of the United States.

Morning announcements will showcase Hispanic Heritage
A slideshow of famous Hispanic figures will be playing in the main entrance for the students to read
Dual language cards and labels will be hung in the halls for reading
Diversity posters will be displayed throughout the school
Teachers will incorporate Latin music, books and lessons all month
Various Latin lessons throughout K-5 displayed
Showcase Hispanic Students by hanging their pictures and writing assignments based on Hispanic “artifacts”, clothes, describe food
