2023-2024 Artifacts
We will celebrate diverse learners with Kindness. In celebration of Autism Acceptance Month, we are presenting an informative and interactive presentation to our Fifth Grade Students. The presentation will aim to raise awareness about neurodiversity, promote a better understanding and acceptance while addressing stereotypes and misconceptions. We will share and showcase books in the foyer celebrating diverse learners.
We celebrate Autism Acceptance and unity by wearing light blue on April 18th. We have mapped out and encourage staff to engage in different sensory areas. Our school will highlight sensory tools, areas and manipulatives available to our students and staff.
