Make-Up Credit
If you failed a class and need to recover the credit. Note: Original credit options give a letter grade, make up receives a "P" for pass. Discuss options with online or boundary school counselor.
Grade Forgiveness
Description - This option allows students to retake a class in a different format. All assignments and requirements for the class will need to be redone. If an F was received from a class, students can retake the quarter through Innovation Online or through their boundary school in the corresponding quarter.
*CE classes cannot be retaken*
Transcript - once complete, your new grade will replace the original F on your high school transcript
Edgenuity:
Edgenuity courses are completely separate from Innovation Online classes. They are credit recovery courses. We don't offer Edgenuity classes through Innovation Online. All of the Innovation Online classes are on Canvas and Edgenuity is its own program. To enroll in Edgenuity (credit recovery courses) you must contact your counselor at your boundary school to enroll. You can not be a full time online student with Innovation Online if you need credit recovery.
