Grades 9โ12: Students must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher to enroll full-time in Weber Online.
Students with a cumulative GPA below 2.0 are not eligible for full-time online enrollment.
Online learning requires students to be motivated, independent, and able to keep up with their coursework.
Enrollment Period: Students may enroll during the first week of each Term/Quarter.
No enrollments will be accepted after that time. Enrolling later causes a student to fall too far behind and puts the student at greater risk of failing.
Previous Online Course Failures: Students in grades 8โ12 are not eligible for online classes if they have:
Failed 4 or more online Term/Quarter classes during the past calendar year.
Students who need or are currently enrolled in credit recovery (Edgenuity) courses must remain enrolled at their boundary school until all required credit recovery courses are completed.
Students must also be on track to meet graduation requirements before transferring to full-time Weber Online.
Students with IEPs: Students with an IEP must meet with the Special Education team before full-time Weber Online enrollment can be approved.
