Yoga 4 the the Classrooms- Mindful Activity of the Day Series
Team MOLJOL- led by Moljo, demonstrates 8 minutes of warm-up exercises, followed by two 10-minute ladders, and finally, a cool down and stretch.
Work out- led by Petti, demonstrates how to do each of the exercises outlined in the weekly schedule below. The goal is to complete as many rounds of the exercises as possible in a 20-minute period.
