Spring Fundraiser

Description

For the 2023-24 school year, the PVG is pleased to present: Spring Fundraiser 2024. 


This initiative will be a family-forward, on-campus event to celebrate our unique and deeply committed school community of students, parents & staff. The event will endeavor to be equal parts celebration and fundraising for needs determined by the Leadership Team to enrich the student education and experience at WPGA.


Similar to other large fundraising initiatives, the Spring Fundraiser will be structured with several sub-committees including: communication, auction procurement, raffle, entertainment, vendor coordination, communication, back-end systems, and set-up/take down.


Note: The PVG looks forward to the return of Gala in the Spring of 2025.

Dates

November 2023 to May 2024 

Commitment

Steering committee meetings will commence in January 2024 and will primarily take place bi-weekly until the event date. 


Sub-committee assignments may start as early as January with the bulk of the workload taking place 8-10 weeks prior to the event date.
