We believe that AMP plays a vital role in our community. AMP works tirelessly to provide us with high-quality programming. We will work to continue to support AMP and work with them to put on the best events possible. Our administration will work with AMP to prioritize events that benefit the student population as a whole, so that the student activities fee benefits as many students as possible.

Our campus is deeply involved and our students bring a wide range of passions. As a university with over 475 Registered Student organizations, we believe that every student should feel safe and comfortable joining any organization. We plan to support the Hazing Prevention Coalition to ensure students feel safe and comfortable.

Our campus runs on so many wonderful RSOs. Our administration intends to work closely with RSOs to highlight the wide variety of programming available to the campus community. We want to collaborate and work with RSOs to find out how the Student Assembly can help bolster the success of RSOs throughout campus.

We understand that being a student-athlete is extremely hard. Managing a full academic course load while also having practices, games, and off-season training is more challenging than a lot of us know. Our administration wants to work directly with SAAC to better understand how the Student Assembly can make the lives of our student-athletes easier. We will also advocate with the administration to ensure that our student-athletes are fairly represented.

Our administration will work tirelessly to support the arts. Through outreach and collaboration, we plan to showcase the arts as they should be. Whether it be one of our wonderful choirs, orchestras, bands, dance troupes, or a cappella groups, all of the students in the performing arts deserve to be supported. We want our wonderful community to shine a spotlight on the arts and give all of our wonderful artists the attention they deserve.

Just like all our wonderful arts programs here, our student-athletes work tirelessly to represent our incredible community. Our administration will continue and expand support for our sports teams. We believe that team spirit is an essential piece in building an inclusive and exceptional community. Our athletes deserve to see packed and rowdy crowds while they rep the green and gold. Go Tribe!
